Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts , is currently looking to fill up the following positions:

1. Project Coordinator: 01 position for Dhaka Office

Qualification: MBBS/ Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University (MPH Preferable), no 3^rd class will be acceptable. Experience: For Medical Graduates Minimum of five(05) years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health program management, For Others, Minimum of seven(07) years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health program management .Age: Not exceeding 45 years.Competency: Strong leadership capacity along with computer skills; excellent communication skills, Fluent in English (verbal & written).Responsibilities: Supervision & monitoring of TB & Leprosy program with frequent field visits, provide medical technical supports to clinic teams, liaison with local health authorities to produce reports and manage complicated cases during field visits, help in planning, implementation management and reporting of the project activities etc.Location: The post will be based at the Head office with frequent field visit.

2. Project Supervisor: 03 positions for Mymensingh, Tangail and Netrakona

Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university     (Social Science preferable).Any third division/class in an academic career will lead to ineligibility.Experience: Minimum 04 years' experience in a relevant field/ managerial role.Age: Not exceeding 45 years. Competency: Excellent Coordination and communication, Multi-tasking ability, Motivational skills (Clear vision & direction), Negotiation skills, Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guideline, Maintain high morale with integrity and honesty, Team Building. Responsibility:  Programme monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization ,Program implementation. Location: The post will be based at the project office/District office with frequent field visit.

3. M&E Specialist: 01 position for Dhaka Office

Qualification: MBBS or Master’s Degree in  any  discipline  in  any  recognized  university (MPH preferable).Any third division/class in an academic career will lead to ineligibility.Experience: For medical graduates, minimum 02 years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health program management.For others, a minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health programme management.Age: Not exceeding 40 years.Competency: Sound knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh. Ability to work independently and in a team. Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guideline, Maintain high morale with integrity and honesty.

Responsibility:  Programme monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization, Program implementation.Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with frequent field visit.

4. Accounts Officer : 01 position

Qualification: -  Master’s degree in accounting/ finance from any recognized university. A Course completed will be an advantage.Any third division/class in an academic career will lead to ineligibility.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field. Previous experience in working with NGOs / development partners will be an added advantage. Age: Not exceeding 40 years.Competency: Strong organizational and financial management skill. Ability to work independently and in a team. Maintain high morale with integrity and honesty. Adequate knowledge on MS Word and Excel.Knowledge on accounts software will be considered preferable. Responsibility:  Maintain all accounts and books as per requirements of the projects , Maintain all other registers, asset registers, stock register, salary register etc. Programme monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization, Program implementation.
